PTWe are FDJ NINCO S.L.U., the Spanish company behind the Chicos and Ninco brands. For over five decades, we have been doing what we love most: making toys that spark children's imagination, support their learning and stay with them through the most precious moments of their childhood.
Our story began in 1972 in Ibi, a small town in the heart of Alicante — known the world over as the Spanish Toy Capital. It is no coincidence that we put down roots here: Ibi has been bringing joy to children for over a century, and we are proud to be part of that legacy.
In 2020, Ninco Desarrollos — founded in 1993 — and Fábrica de Juguetes joined forces to become FDJ Ninco.
Who we are
From our base on Avenida del Juguete in Ibi, we design, create and distribute quality toys that have become part of childhood for millions of children around the world. Our products reach families in over 75 countries, from France, Italy, Germany and Portugal to Mexico, the United States and Scandinavia.
Every toy bearing the Chicos name is made entirely within the European Union — a commitment to quality we have upheld from day one, and one we are truly proud of.
What drives us
At Chicos, we believe play is about so much more than having fun. It is about learning, discovering, growing and sharing. That is why every product we create is made with both care and purpose — from the desks and chalkboards that nurture curiosity in little ones, to the playhouses, kitchens and outdoor toys that turn any garden into a world of adventure.
We also know that today's children have their own heroes, which is why we work with the best licensed brands on the market — so kids can play alongside their favourite characters: Bluey, Minnie, Paw Patrol, Spidey, Peppa Pig and many more.
